The Vineyards in Porter Ranch is the largest retail development project for Delta Pipeline to date. Moorefield Construction’s vetting process, that ultimately chose Delta, was as rigorous as the schedule and expectation of quality and teamwork. The project is on 24 acres with 250 multi-residential units which sit above the grocery, retail shops, cinema, restaurants and a 2-story community building. A large 120″ Cistern system feeds the beautiful landscape along with 7 miles of wet utilities infrastructure. Delta was onsite every day for 17 months to complete the massive underground infrastructure. The center has a serene, upscale, open-air feel. It evokes a strong invitation to just linger in the relaxing environment with good food, movies and shopping.
