The Riverside County Economic Development Agency recently embarked on a new Public Private Partnership project (P3) to serve the community with a state-of-the-art healthcare facility that would also provide jobs in the fast-growing region. Millie and Severson thankfully awarded Delta Pipeline the project, which required many phases to relocate existing utilities out of the building footprint while keeping the existing hospital live and accessible. With Millie and Severson’s incredible leadership team and exceptional trade partners, they were notably awarded the Public Project Award of Excellence, Large Projects Category, from the California Counties Architects and Engineers Association (CCAEA) 2020. We are grateful to have been part of the team.
