Nexus-Davis Reed joint venture chose to work with Delta Pipeline for the new 352 room high-rise Cambria Hotel in the Disneyland district of Anaheim which included a 30,000-sf water park. The project had a difficult offsite sewer and water scope on Katella Ave. that had to be done at night. With little to no site for staging, a compressed schedule and many conflicts with existing utilities, Delta was still able to bring the project in to meet the completion of the hotel’s many phases of construction.
