Delta Pipeline has completed many downtown LA apartment projects over the last several years. They all bring the challenge of very tight working space with no lay down or staging area and everyone working on top of each other. Throw into the downtown mix of pedestrians and vehicle traffic, and you have a liability nightmare. 1000 Grand brought its own set of challenges when the DWP plan approval came very late in the project and power had to be energized on a specific date. Delta Pipeline crews met the challenge and were able to bring the project in on-time by working nights and 6 days a week. The Hanover team were great to work with and were very fair in compensating for expediting the project.
