The Delta team was chosen by Matt Construction in 2014 to build Phase 1 of the Norbertine’s Fathers (founded in Orange County in 1961) St. Michael’s Abbey for housing, worship and burial. We knew this would be an extraordinary project when our pre-construction meeting started in prayer by Father Greg, as he blessed the project, Matt Construction and all trade partners. This 40-acre sanctuary started with access roads and infrastructure and continued into 2019, finishing the sanctuary with 25,000 lf of wet utilities to support this sacred facility. The Delta team feels honored to have partnered with the Matt Construction team in this very special project, which has a long-standing history.
