Delta Pipeline started this project in pre-construction. Our team helped PCG Construction and Shea Properties with scheduling and VE solutions that would make the project work. On a 25-acre site with 500,000 sf of buildings, little room was left for storm capture vaults, modular wetlands, 11,000 sf of bio filtration and 17,000 lf of wet utilities. Access to the property was through a Cal Trans right of way on Dyer Rd. and the 55 Fwy., requiring all offsite work to be completed at night. Shea Business Center was a complicated project to say the least. Through valued partnerships with many trade partners and the strong leadership of PCG Construction, the project emerged successfully under the guidance of our mission, People • Principal • Purpose.
