Jesus Nava

Lead Estimator
[email protected]

In 2019, Jesus joined the Estimating Department at Delta Pipeline, soaking up everything he could about construction and wet utilities. His dedication and enthusiasm were evident, and it was not long before he was climbing the ladder. Today, he is a Lead Estimator at Delta Pipeline, a real asset to the team. But Jesus’s impact goes beyond just numbers. He is a natural mentor, always willing to share his knowledge and inspire others to reach their full potential in the construction field. Jesus is a proud graduate of Delta Pipeline University (DPU) and served as one of the instructors to share knowledge and empower others to succeed in their careers at Delta Pipeline.

Jesus graduated with honors from Cal State University of Long Beach in 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Management and Operations and Supply Chain Management (OSCM). Building on this foundation, he pursued his passion for continuous learning and achievement, obtaining his Master of Business Administration from the same university in 2024.

Dave Reta

Superintendent

Dave started working as a laborer for a small wet utility contractor in 1975. He became a Foreman by age 21 and earned his California General Engineering Contractors license when he was 26. During his 45+ years in the underground construction trade, Dave has held multiple positions of Estimator, Project Manager and Superintendent. He has installed both wet and dry utility projects in southern and northern California.

Dave originally joined Delta Pipeline in February of 2012 as a Superintendent. He knew the management team at Delta and admired the culture as one of “family”. Dave loves to learn and grow, so after three and a half years of valuable contributions, he made the decision to move on to further broaden his expertise with a company that offered additional divisions of interest to his career path.

Fortunately for Delta, Dave returned in September of 2018 because he felt he had gained new experiences and skills that could help Delta grow in different ways. He summarizes that decision in “I know who Delta is as a company. I wanted to come “home” to help where I could, while finishing my working career with family.”
