Delta Pipeline, Inc. sends work schedule text messages to its own employees. Employees opt in on paper by signing the Authorization for Text Messaging form below. No one is texted without a signed form.
How employees opt in
During onboarding, or at any time afterwards, Human Resources gives the employee the Authorization for Text Messaging form. An employee who wants schedule texts prints their name and cell phone number, signs and dates it. HR keeps the signed form and records the number and the date of consent in our HR system.
The form employees sign
