These terms cover the work schedule text messages Delta Pipeline Inc. sends to its employees.
What you will receive
Delta Pipeline sends work schedule notifications to employees who have opted in: the job you are assigned to, its location, your start time, your foreman, and changes to that schedule. These messages are for Delta Pipeline employees only. They contain no marketing.
How you opt in
You opt in by signing the Work Schedule Text Message Consent form with HR, usually during onboarding, and giving us your mobile number. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of employment. See how employees opt in.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 2 messages per workday. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out, and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact your supervisor or the Delta Pipeline office through our contact page.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send you work schedule messages. Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
