Our History
In 1991, Craig Danley and Richard Vance started the Delta Pipeline journey. Like many startup companies of that era, Richard’s garage was gutted and turned into an office…converting doors into plan tables. Since then, we’ve worked diligently to develop a reputation as leaders in underground wet utilities.
In 2017, Delta proudly created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and became 100% employee owned! As an employee-owned company, we value long-term, mutually profitable relationships driven by our mission of People • Principle • Purpose. This landmark decision allowed us to further establish meaningful benefits for recruitment, motivation and retention of our team members.
